During the vehicle renting period Lessee is, according to legal and insurance regulations, protected from any responsibility for damage which might occur towards third parties to a legally regulated amount.
Each vehicle possesses the ALARM SYSTEM. Lessee is obligated to turn it on every time he exits the vehicle.

Lessee bears 20 % of damage expenses of the vehicle in case he is found responsible for the accident and if the traffic police have the proper written report from the scene of the accident.
- If the Lessee is not responsible for the damage on the vehicle and if the traffic police have the proper written report from the scene of the accident, Lessee will not participate in the value of the estimated damage of the vehicle.
- In case of a car-theft or missing of a vehicle, Lessee pays for 40 % of estimated market value of a vehicle on a day of signing the contract.
- Lessee bears 80 % of expenses for any damage on the vehicle done by unknown person and not related to any car accident, or while the vehicle was parked.
- If the traffic police have not performed a damage investigation on a scene of the accident or if there is no police report (certificate) of a car-theft, Lessee bears 100 % of damage expenses and full market value of a vehicle.
In case of damage, Lessee will be held responsible (notwithstanding the insurance policy) for:
a) damage on the vehicle which he, or person authorized by Lessee (second driver), has done under the influence of alcohol or drugs
b) if the damage is done intentionally or caused by gross negligence during driving
c) if the Lessee driver’s license was expired in the moment of an accident
Lessee is obligated, in case of an accident, to protect interests of Lessor as his own personal interests by:
- calling and waiting for
the arrival of the traffic police immediately after the traffic accident
took place so the police could carry out official investigation.
- not abandoning damaged
vehicle until safely removed from the scene of the accident and insured.
- writing down names and addresses
of the participants of the accident as well as the INSURANCE POLICY number
of the other participant of the accident.
- by submitting to Lessor
a written report about causes of accident and damage on the rented vehicle.
